Entrepreneurship Program for Youth
Objective
To culvate entrepreneurial skills in 2,000 young individuals, fostering innovaon and economic growth by equipping them with the knowledge and tools to start their own businesses.
Collaboration
This program will be implemented in partnership with business schools, local entrepreneurs, private sector companies, and volunteer mentors who bring real-world experience to the training.
PROCESS
Selection and Enrollment
Identify and enroll aspiring young entrepreneurs through a comprehensive selection process, focusing on motivation, innovtiaon potetinal, and commitment
Intensive Training Program
Conduct a 5-day intensive training program in various cities, covering essetinal topics such as business planning, financial management, marketing strategies, and legal considertiaons for startups.
Mentorship and Networking
Pair participants with experienced entrepreneurs and business mentors for
personalized guidance, while also facilitating networking opportunities with
potential investors and industry experts.
Practical Assignments
Assign practical projects where participants develop and refine their business
ideas, encouraging hands-on learning and applictiaon of the concepts taught.
Assessment and Feedback
Evaluate the business plans and projects developed by participants, providing constructive feedback to help refine their ideas and strategies.
Award Ceremony
Host an award ceremony to recognize and reward the most promising business projects, offering seed funding or scholarships to the winners to help launch their ventures.
Post-Program Support
Offer ongoing support to the participants through follow-up workshops, access to a resource center, and an online community platform for continued learning and networking
